With our recent kickstart from last years “Spark”, we are asking you to join us this year as we work to ELEVATE those ignited inspirations. We want to build upon and support each other as we implement more meaningful actions, whether that is individual, professional, or community wide. Our continuous and newfound zeal to advocate for the profession, encourage community within, and seek to enhance our personal drivers will in turn allow us to thrive in all aspects of our lives. Let’s continue on the journey of positively impacting lives by elevating our spark! |

During our first Keynote we will learn how to diminish sparks that are no longer a positive light. In 'Tackling Toxicity from the Inside Out', the audience is taken on a 1-hr compassionate journey of self-discovery of their own toxic BS. In a continued conversation from Kimberly's book, “We’ve All Done It: Getting Real About the Role We Each Play in a Toxic Workplace”, every person will be challenged to consider when they were maybe, just maybe, bringing some of the FUN to Dysfunction. In this engaging workshop led by leadership expert Kimberly Benoit, you’ll: 1. De-stigmatize talking about toxic or dysfunctional mistakes as a leader 2. Gain self-awareness of how they are showing up in a current challenging situation 3. Understand options of how they might show up differently 4. Have a first step for future challenges that will inevitably come |
Kim is an author, award-winning producer and coach with an unapologetically, uncommon take on doing business. She founded MeByDesign, an idea boutique for the Home industry in 2011 and works with interior designers and the trade in the United States, Europe and Canada. Her first book, Branding + Interior Design has taught thousands of designers how to bridge the gap between designer and design leader. Using her proprietary Visibility Strategy, she’s helped more designers go from six to seven-figure revenue than any other coach in the industry.
